Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at merch@playa3ull.games. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the return address on your delivered package. If you need an address please contact us for one as it is different depending on what region of the world you live in. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

If you would like to exchange or return a product for a problem not listed above or without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered this would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
